Recommend rest: I first recommend rest to see if your symptoms resolve. It may be the result of over training. You may have fatigue, tendinitis, or another muscle injury. If your symptoms do not improve with rest you should see your physician for a check up.

Several possibilitie: You may have strained your shoulder muscles. You might also be overtraining. Too much weight and/ or lifting too frequently. You need at least 72 hrs between workouts. Rest is a vital part of training! finally make sure you are eating well, including enough calories, protein and calories and staying hydrated. Check w a certified professional trainer if more guidance would be helpful.
