Subacromial: If u have impingement syndrome and a secondary adhesive capsulitis an injection into the subacromial space is warranted followed by a pt program to regain shoulder rom.If no improvement after a dedicated p.T. Regimen then selective arthroscopic capsulotomy and decompression followed by therapy to improve motion is often very helpful.Best of luck!
