No: You can get TB from exposure to the bacteria associated with the illness. This may come through infectious droplets from a TB patient's cough or sneeze. Most people overcome this primary tb, & it stays dormant for years. Especially in elderly and sick people though, it can reactivate. In traditional chinese medicine, the emotion governing the lung is grief -- but this differs from tb.
