Most motion has the: Potential to increase ganglions size the ganglion or cyst is connected to the joint or tendon sheath via either a thin or thick stalk so that fluid from the wrist or tendon literally gets "pumped" into the ganglion with the pressure of movement. Usually it is like a one way valve as pressure on the ganglion does not drain the other way. It makes no difference which way u move but each can differ.
