Hard to say.: The abdominal aortic aneurysm may be managed surgically or with watchful waiting depending on size. Bladder tumors can be superficial and treated with scraping and chemotherapy in the bladder, or may be more advanced and treated with removal of the bladder or chemo and radiation therapy. It's important to know how deeply invasive the bladder tumor is.
