It Depends: A healthy diet and exercise program is always a great general recommendation studies have shown that men who are diagnosed with low-t {hypogonadism} tend to gain muscle and lose weight {fat loss} with appropriate therapy. If this is a concern, then you should have your morning testosterone level checked. If it is less than 300ng/dl, then you may well be deficient.

No.: Weight comes off wherever it is at. Focal fat reduction, short of surgery is impossible!
