Lipodystrophy: One solution is to get a second opinion. Personally I think it's up to the patient to decide how they want their testosterone replaced whether pellet, injection, cream etc. Regarding body fat, you may be suffering from lipodystrophy which is amenable to Egrifta (tesamorelin), a growth hormone releasing factor. Myalept (metreleptin) is also approved to treat lipodystrophy. Chat w/your doc.
