A short course of ibuprofen as you have described should not cause an appreciable change in your testosterone level. If you had been given stronger pain relievers like prescription opiates, these medications profoundly reduce testosterone levels. In a case like this, after the opiates are discontinued testosterone levels usually recover completely.
