I have trouble swallowing trouble breathing (sometimes) pain in the chest and down the left arm constipation abdomen pain and feel nauseous. could this be a hiatal hernia even though they didnt see it on a egd scope? they were looking at my esophagus?

Symptoms : An upper endoscope will see a hiatal hernia. There are several symptoms you mention. When the chest is involved with left arm and problems breathing pain one also thinks about the heart. You need an in-person evaluation from a doctor
