A member asked:

How much time are lesions present in multiple sclerosis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you have MS, : There are some lesions present in brain white matter or grey matter at all times throughout the disease. On occasion, these lesions may be tough to see on MRI and may be easier visualized in the spinal cord. The idea of therapy is to prevent inflammation and potent meds such as Tysabri (natalizumab) or Gilenya can control the disease quite well.
