Positive ovulation test yesterday, negative today? what's wrong?

Nothing: It is common for an ovulation test to turn negative after a positive. The test is seeking to identify a peak in a hormone known as lh. Once it peaks it immediately begins to fall so the test would be negative. Once you get a positive you can generally stoop testing.
