Go to the ER.: It may well be that you have cleared the medications from your system, but Acetaminophen can cause severe problems - even liver failure! go to the emergency room. They will take blood tests, do an exam, and have a supportive social worker discuss this event with you. Clearly, you must be hurting in some way to have taken such a dangerous overdose. Life can get better, as long as we are breathing.

Please go to ER: It sounds like you tried to kill yourself; I am happy to hear you have changed your mind. If you really want to survive & not have permanent kidney & liver damage then please go to the er asap!-this is beyond the scope of home remedies.That Aspirin dose is not lethal but the tylenol (acetaminophen) dose is potentially fatal; dying from acute liver failure is not a good way to go-but it's not too late. See comment.
