Call ambulance to: Take you to er at once. High risk of liver failure, kidney damage, GI bleed, hearing loss. Go now! do not drive yourself.

Please go to ER: It sounds like you tried to kill yourself; I am happy to hear you have changed your mind. If you really want to survive & not have permanent kidney & liver damage then please go to the er asap!-this is beyond the scope of home remedies.That Aspirin dose is not lethal but the tylenol (acetaminophen) dose is potentially fatal; dying from acute liver failure is not a good way to go-but it's not too late. See comment.
