Possible: Where is the hard lump that you have? You should have that lump biopsied for a definitive answer. It could be many things, -infection, inflammation, and with your age range- yes, lymphoma is a possibility. However, do not assume and don't jump in to any conclusion too fast. Get a biopsy and wait for the result. Once you have the result, you can d/w your doctor in detail about what to do.
