High temp: Not sure what you mean by "high" but if over 101 f and it occurs again you need to be evaluated for a possible occult (hidden) infectious process. It is preferable to have blood tests (including possible blood cultures) at the time your fever is spiking, so if it happens again, be seen immediately (same day).
