Gas may result from…: Acid reflux, gassy foods (cabbage/broccoli/ beans/cauliflower & others), or lactase deficiency (enzyme to break down milk sugar is low or absent). Beano, lactaid tablets, & simethicone can help with latter problems. May need to see doc to diagnose reflux & options for treatment, which involves dietary restrictions (at first), medication, losing weight, waiting to lie down after eating, etc.
