Every time i start to eat my throats feels full.. i get acid reflux on and off but it's not getting any better. would nexium help?

If you are morbidly obese, increased pressure in your abdomen due to central abdominal and organ fat that may cause reflux. If this is chronic I am concerned you may have a hiatal hernia or a structure of your esophagus restricting the passage of food bolus that may require dilatation.
