Hiatal hernia?: These are very unusual symptoms for a 25 year old female and I urge you to undergo a medical evaluation. If you are morbidly obese, increased pressure in your abdomen due to central abdominal and organ fat that may cause reflux. If this is chronic I am concerned you may have a hiatal hernia or a structure of your esophagus restricting the passage of food bolus that may require dilatation.
