Does your immune system grow weaker when you exercise when you're sick?

No: Your immune system does not weaken from exercise, it is probably fighting an infection but it does not weaken.

It might: Some data suggests that the effect depends on the degree (intensity) of exercise. For example running a marathon or high mileage might temporarily make people more vulnerable to infections. Overall, regular exercise improves the immune system. If you are ill with more than a cold (have a fever or cough) it is advisable to rest (ie walking, yoga, etc) so your immune system can react fully.
