Acute Sinusitis: Acute sinusitis is associated with facial pressure, nasals congestion, fevers, and often sore throat or cough. If your symptoms have persisted longer than a week, or have gotten worse after you seemed to be improving you may need to be treated with antibiotics. Otherwise, i recommend Mucinex (guaifenesin) 1200mg 2x daily with a large glass of water. A tablespoon of honey works excellent for cough.
