I don't have access anytime soon to a doctor to get antibiotic. i have this otitis which hurts a lot. how long will it stay and will it end by waiting?

Depends : In the years before antibiotics people had ear infections & just tuffed them out. It often took 6-8 weeks for the body to clear the infection & occasionally the ear drum just ruptured & that sped up recovery.

Ear pain: You don't give any details. If you have swimmers ear several drops several times a day will give you relief. If you pull on your ear lobe and it hurts, that could indicate otitis externa. If you've had a cold or URI you may have a middle ear infection as a result. In that case lie on a heating pad and take ibuprofen. Ear infection are self limiting and may cease after a few days.
