Started keflex 5 days ago for a tooth abcess wich had my hole lower right jaw swollen the swelling has fone but now im left with a hard bump around my tooth is that normal? I still have 5 days of antibiotics left. But the bump is hard.

Cellulitis. prescription 2 antibiotics-keflex 4x day /7days & bactrim (sulfamethoxazole and trimethoprim) 2x day/7 days. After 2 days, had bad side fx-doc says stop keflex only. Is this a concern?
