Don't know. : You may have used some muscles the day before that weren't used to that level of exertion. You may also have excessive leg movements during sleep. You also could have the beginnings of a viral infection. Finally, make sure you are eating well (plenty of magnesium, calcium & potassium) and drinking enough water. If it persists, see a doctor who can do a more complete evaluation.
