Not really: The speckled pattern is relatively nonspecific and is not linked to any one autoimmune disease. A positive ANA of any pattern still needs to be explained, however.

Non specific: More important is how strongly positive the titer is. Low titer may not have any significance, especially if symptoms don't fit any syndrome.
