If positive ana titre years ago, could i now have an immune disorder?

May or may not: We all make positive anas buy people with higher titers have a greater chance of having an autoimmune disease. The ANA is also found is a lot of other conditions especially people who have had allergic reactions. You may or may not develop an immune disorder. Your evaluation will look into these possibilities.
