Take care of you: Go see your physician to rule out any medical cause. If they find nothing, go see a cognitive behavioral therapist who can teach you skills to identify and modify distorted thinking and adopt accurate, realistic, and helpful ways of thinking about yourself, the world, and others. Make sure you eat healthy and exercise regularly. A healthy body makes a healthy mind & gives you less to worry about.
