Weight loss: The best advice, if you can afford it, is to go to training facility in your neighborhood and get started. If you cannot afford that see if you can arrange for walks with friends and/or family. Your improvement won't happen in a day or a week, and maybe not before a month, but keep plugging away. You will do fine and your friends and neighbors will want to know how you did it.
