Concerned, see docto: Probably not, but if you have concern, check with a neurologist. He may want to do an eeg.

Unlikely: Epilepsy is alteration of consciousness. Lack of blinking is not a usual sign of any seizure disorder, but can be seen in parkinson's patients. Have an eye doctor check your tearing system, to make sure you do not have sjogren's or other lid closure problems.
