Could migraine symptoms be a mild form of epilepsy?

Postictal headache: the headache occurs after seizure activity. It is the fact that 45% of people with epilepsy have postictal headache. The mild seizures can also be a sign of a significant medical problem associated with migraine headaches. Migraines share some common features with epilepsy and could be two separate conditions.
