Are heart diseases/heart problems always picked up by an ecg test?

ECG: ECG is a basic test in cardiac diagnosis. If your cardiac problem is arrhythmia, the ECG is crucial/essential. Because of the complex nature of heart disease, we want an ECG on everybody as part of their cardiac evaluation. It doesn't diagnose all heart problems however
