Not your Heart: Heart attacks in men are not just one symptom. They are a myriad of symptoms all at the same time. You do not have heart disease. Any good family doctor can tell you this without the tests. But, you now have had the tests to prove this truth. This is muscle pain or anxiety or both. You are most likely holding your stress in your chest wall and your chest muscles are very tired of this.

No: At your age, you very likely are fine. But a stress test would be a more definitive way to exclude your heart as the culprit. Statistically it's more likely to be muscular or gastrointestinal pain.
