The nose is big, Ski: No cure for sarcoidosis, control! in the skin, local (creams ) or pills os cortico-steroids, prednisone chronic inflammation inside( cartilage, mucosas) and other organs, may need disease modifiing drugs.

Sarcoidosis: there's no real cure for sarcoidosis but if you're trying to treat a skin lesion on the nose plaquenil (hydroxychloroquine) can be a good choice. ask your sarcoidosis doctor for more info on this.
