Could be: Since the MAMMO and the Chest X-ray were normal that is a good sign so far. See your Doc to be safe and they can check your BP and assure it is not atypical Chest pain form your heart with a good History and Physical and possible EKG. If that is all fine too, then most likely this would be Musculoskeletal. Best wishes
