See below: Good question nick, it is helpful to have any copies of previous medical records, xrays, mris, ct scans etc. You may or may not have these. He will want to know what your symptoms are, how long you have had them and will want to know about other medical conditions that you have or have had in the past. Most doctors ask their new patients to fill out a very detailed questionaire. Good luck.

Bring it all: Hi Nick, as with every doctor's appointment, you should bring copies of any imaging, doctor's notes, and discharge summaries that are related to your visit( especially if in another health system). It is also a good idea to bring a list of medications that you are currently taking. Be prepared to speak about what is ailing you in great detail. Hope that is helpful.
