I'm seeing a pulmonologist tomorrow and want to make sure he has everything from me to make the correct diagnosis. what should i bring to the appt?

See below: Good question nick, it is helpful to have any copies of previous medical records, xrays, mris, ct scans etc. You may or may not have these. He will want to know what your symptoms are, how long you have had them and will want to know about other medical conditions that you have or have had in the past. Bring it all: Hi Nick, as with every doctor's appointment, you should bring copies of any imaging, doctor's notes, and discharge summaries that are related to your visit( especially if in another health system).
