See doctor ASAP: Feeding refusal is a warning sign for serious illness and is a significant warning sign. I'm not sure what "baby very fuzzy" means, but if the baby is lethargic and not acting well, then go to the er and get the baby checked immediately. These are warning signs of bad illness and should be checked asap.
