How do i know i have a swollen lymph node ? left side under my jaw ... it does... hurt sometimes..

Feel it.: There are both salivary glands and lymph nodes that can be felt under the jaw on either side. Lymph nodes are usually, firmer and more rubbery. It is normal to feel the salivary glands right along the jaw bone. Either can be tender if there is inflamation. If structures seem to be enlarged on one side, or pain is consistent, see a doctor as you may need treatment.
