Take 2%: The protein in milk has a higher protein efficiency index than that (which is lower) in almond milk. The fat in almond milk is better, but the carbs are greater. It is also more expensive. While lower in calories, calcium is important in weight loss, and more is in the milk. You can go with 1% as well.

Almond milk: Almond milk has only 40 calories in a cup where as 2% milk has 122 calories. Thats quite a savings for someone looking to lose weight- good luck.
