Many options: If your doc has thoroughly evaluated you and is confident your pain is facet joint-related, there are several options. Oral antiinflammatories or steroids can work for acute pain. Injection of steroid is also an option and can confirm source of pain. If pain is chronic, rhizotomy may be a longterm option.
