No one knows: Magea4 is an as of yet unproven tumor marker. I'm not sure why it was tested in your case. An elevated level does not mean that you have cancer. The test is simply not that sensitive or specific.

See below: Need more information; where was antigen positive? Is that on a blood test? If so why was it done? Did u have any skin lesions that were suspicious and biopsied?
