How should i treat what i think is a 2nd degree sunburn? symptoms are blistering and deep muscle pain under the skin in the area.

Protect it: The initial risk is infection, so...Soap and water 2-4 times a day as needed, topical antibiotics, and sunscreen spf - 15 or higher untilthe color is back to norma do not repeat the injury.

Dermatologist: If there is blistering or severe pain of a very large area - that should be addressed by a dermatologist (or your phyician).
