My skin is peeling after a blistering sunburn. should i rub off the loose skin and leave the rest alone or just leave my skin alone entirely?

Don't rub: any blister. Best just to moisturize the skin wel with lotion (aloe will also help the pain)l, otherwise let it alone, keep away from sun and let dead skin come off naturally in the shower. Use high SPF sunscreen in future.
