Maybe not...: Gaba is not an fda-approved medication, so it is not known for sure what effects and side effects GABA has. Since some people say GABA has neuro-psychiatric effects, it is probably not a good idea to be on GABA and prescription medication for anxiety, such as benzodiazepines, at the same time.
