Allergic Reaction?: It is possible you may be having an allergic reaction to something. Have you changed laundry detergent or fabric softener lately? Do you have seasonal allergies? You could try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and if this does not alleviate your symptoms and they continue, it may be a good idea to see your primary care doctor.

Several reasons: Could depend on your age and health. Puffy eyes may have to do with allergies, viral infections, excessive salt intake, stress, and the weather. The tissue around the eyes is very elastic and allows water (edema) to accumulate easily. Observe and if worse or concern, see your pcp.
