I recently had an iv contrast ct on my abdomen and it noted liver diffusely homogeneous with minimal fatty infiltration. my liver blood work was good, but do these scan results suggest i could have liver cancer?

No, you do not have liver cancer, only a mild case of fatty liver. Losing weight with exercise and diet (low fat and carbohydrate) can stabilize or reverse the process. Take care.

No, these results do not suggest you that you have liver cancer. They do suggest that you have a mild amount of fat diffusely distributed throughout your liver, sometimes known as “fatty liver“. Most of the time it is not a problem, but it can progress at times. If you are overweight, you may want to try to lose some weight and maintain it long-term. Good luck.
