Prilosec or othr PPI: If you mean dexilant, (dexlansoprazole) another ppi can be used. Prilosec can be gotten over the counter, but if you are on Coumadin or Plavix not recommended. Lansoprazole is also available over the counter as generic and 2x 15mg=30mg may be reasonable substitute.
