Yes You Can But: Yes you can if you have acute symptoms of nausea, heartburn, diarrhea or indigestion on top of dexelent one time to relieve thses symptoms, but you should not take both meds daily.If your symptoms are still there daily while on dexelent, consult your doctor or GI specialist.

Probably OK: But i would advise taking Dexilant (dexlansoprazole) before breakfast (although the manufacturer states that this is not essential) and pepto with or after meal. Try to space them 30-60 minutes apart since I am not aware of any specific study related to this issue.
