It is possible : The most common symptoms of bladder cancer include: -blood or blood clots in the urine . Usually it is not painful. -but, occasionally people can suffer from urinary tract infection and experience pain during urination. -urinating small amounts. Symptoms that may indicate more advanced bladder cancer include: -pain in the lower back around the kidneys (flank pain) -pelvic mass.

I happens: Symptoms would be bladder pain, burning and cramping as well as feeling like you need to empty your bladder. Commonly, there will be blood in the urine.
