It depends...: Ureteric obstruction needs quick relief. This can be obtained with one or another of several options. A stent can be placed in some cases. A nephrostomy tube can be inserted to provide temporary relief. The Bladder tumor can be treated with either chemotherapy or Radiotherapy but it may take more than 1 to 2 weeks to shrink the tumor to resolve the obstruction. Your Urologist should guide you furt
