Not likely but: Depoprovera failures are not common. Since you had sex before your current Depo-Provera was expired you should be fine but there are always exceptions. Take a home pregnancy test to make sure. Wondering why you think you are ovulating on Depo-Provera and how you would know? The point of using Depo-Provera is block ovulation.
