Time for ER: If you have a persistent headache after a bonk that is not improving w/meds, should go to er for exam and likely imaging to be sure there is no internal injury present.

Possible concussion: If headaches continue after traumatic injury might need doctor eval and possible ct scan to rule traumatic sinus injury or subdural hematoma.
