Ulrasound results: Your ultrasound results are reassuring. There are many diagnoses that are now ruled out. A kidney stone this small will likely pass. Increase your hydration to help flush the urinary system. Without fever or vomiting, you can be reassured your doc and outpatient care is reasonable. Okay to try a bowel regimen to achieve two soft bowel movements daily.
